Independence and reliability

We do not enter employment contracts with our applicants (takes place directly between employer and employee), we act consistently, only after order and approval and we mediate between employer and employee. For Projekt-Team there exist no conflicts of interest – our success satisfies both sides. In our work, we observe the provisions of the general equal treatment act (AGG), as a matter of course.

Neutrality and objectivity

We understand both sides, evaluate objectively – the ideal basis for a long-lasting, good cooperation.

Discretion and customer protection

Identities, information and documents from applicants and companies are only transferred after an explicit consent. We would never address employees of our clients proactively with job offers, except the applicants that previously engaged us with the job search.

Expertise and responsibility

Our experience and intimate knowledge of our sectors for 20 years is a chance for our clients as well as a constant obligation for professionality.

Quality and thoroughness

Our research is thorough. We have a detailed interview with every applicant before they become part of our pool. We check documents, achievements and reasons for change and on request we ask for references – in the interest of both parties. We only accept orders if we are convinced of its high chances of success. The result: qualified and motivated applicants – high long-term rate of success.

Cost neutrality and – transparency

All services for applicants are free of charge – from the first contact up to the entire career planning.

Business customers profit by our success-oriented working method – a classic candidate search is only charged after a conclusion of contract. Further services, such as Executive Search, will be invoiced on the previously discussed basis.

Service and Proximity

We always seek for a direct contact to our clients and applicants. Each company and each applicant has its own contact person – the basis of a close cooperation, personal proximity and confidence.
